Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, modification and refund policies.

For individuals registering for AMBA events, educational offerings or Annual Conference and Golf Tournament as a participant, attendee or delegate, please ensure you are familiar with AMBA's Cancellation Guidelines prior to registering. Seminars, Workshops and Continuing Education (in-class) Courses

Cancellations must be received a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to scheduled event date for a refund (less 20% administration fee).

Cancellations received between two (2) weeks and one (1) week prior to scheduled event date will be eligible for a 70% refund (less an additional 30% administration fee).

Cancellations received less than one (1) week prior are not eligible for a refund.

Networking & Sports Events

Cancellations must be received a minimum of two (2) business days prior to scheduled event date for a refund (less 20% administration fee).

Cancellations received after this time are not eligible for a refund.

Annual Conference, Trade Show & Golf Tournament

Cancellations must be received a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to scheduled event date for a refund (less 20% administration fee).

Cancellations received less than two (2) weeks prior are not eligible for a refund.

Seminars, workshops, in-class courses and events cancelled by AMBA will be fully refunded.
