Strategic Leadership for Alberta’s Mortgage Community
The AMBA Board of Directors provides strategic oversight, guiding the association’s longterm direction, governance practices, financial stewardship, and alignment with AMBA’s mission and values. Board Members contribute their expertise to uphold professional standards, strengthen member value, and represent the mortgage broker community at provincial and national levels.
Composition & Election Process
AMBA’s Board is elected by Members through a formal voting process. Directors serve on committees, participate in governance reviews, and engage in advocacy at both provincial and federal levels. AMBA’s election process includes nominations, membership voting, and the swearing-in of Directors at the AGM.
