Jayman Financial

What makes this position unique over other brokerages?
  • Instant referral sources. The successful applicant will be assigned a certain number of sales centres which sell new homes and condominiums. These sales centres refer their customers to Jayman Financial.
  • Exclusive access to referral sources. The sales centres are directed to send as many leads as possible to Jayman Financial. No other outside mortgage agents are permitted to deal with the sales centres.
  • Relationships are developed internally with our teams in the sales centres. There is no requirement to do outside business development unless you want to.
  • Business created from outside referral sources is encouraged. You can continue developing your existing sources.

What you bring to the table?
  • Valid RECA (Real Estate Council of Alberta) license
  • Thorough understanding of Canada Guarantee, CMHC (Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation) and SAGEN guidelines
  • Flexibility to work hours and days as dictated by the needs and requirement of our sales centres and clients, including evenings and weekends
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a mortgage associate or broker
  • Energetic, positive, competitive and results-oriented
  • Able to operate under policies and guidelines as established by Jayman Financial

The position is compensated 100% by commission, and the opportunity exists to earn an excellent income.
