The Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association (“AMBA”) and its Board of Directors are committed to protecting the privacy, accuracy, confidentiality, and security of all information entrusted to us. We collect only the information necessary to fulfill our mission and provide professional, competent services to our Members.  

 This information is used for the following purposes: 

  1. To establish and maintain responsible relationships with Members and provide ongoing service 
  2. To understand Member needs 
  3. To develop, enhance, market, or deliver programs and services 
  4. To manage and grow AMBA’s business and operations 
  5. To meet legal and regulatory requirements

An IP address is a unique number automatically assigned to your device when you access the Internet. Our web servers use IP addresses to deliver content and manage system administration. AMBA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to stay compliant with legal requirements and reflect changes in how we collect or use information. When updates occur, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We encourage users to review this policy periodically to stay informed. If significant changes are made, we may also notify you by email.
