Buying your first home (and acquiring your first mortgage) is an exciting time—but the excitement doesn’t end when you sign your mortgage papers. Over the average mortgage lifespan, most homeowners will not only renew their mortgage countless times, but they’ll move homes, send their kids to college, renovate—and probably take at least one well-deserved vacation.
My goal is to make those life events easier by accompanying you on your home ownership journey. Regardless of what life throws at you, I’m there to make your mortgage work for you—whether it’s researching the best mortgage to fit your needs, uncovering creative financing options, or helping you through a complicated transaction.
Through 11 years of industry experience—not to mention my own home ownership trials and tribulations—I’ve pretty much seen it all. I’m a big advocate of financial independence (it’s been a top goal of mine for quite some time) and I work hard to bring each and every one of my clients closer to that dream.
The home ownership journey isn’t meant to be traveled alone. Contact me today to find out how I can not only make your ride smoother—but more enjoyable, too.
I was born in Fort Smith, NWT and have lived all over Western Canada. I now make my home in Edmonton with my husband Richard, daughters Cynthia and Lily, and our family dog Casper. I have always wanted to be financially independent (who doesn’t?) and have worked towards that goal. With a lot of hard work, a pinch of smarts, and little bit of luck, I believe anyone can make their own success.
