Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory Committee
Based on the Board goals for a governing year, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Committee will act as the advisory body for AMBA in relation to issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Key responsibilities include:
• Research and review existing policies and practices for areas of concern or improvement.
• Submit recommendations to the Governance Committee for best practices and policy changes.
• Monitor DEI policies and practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Research and recommend educational resources to enhance DEI awareness among AMBA’s leadership and members.
• Assume other responsibilities as assigned by the Governance Committee, Board, or CEO.
• Attend scheduled meetings, arrive prepared, review materials in advance, and complete assigned tasks.
