Job responsibilities:
- Phone/text/video follow-up with clients to get appointments booked and documents collected
- Progress client through our client journey
- Strive to be a great team player and provide amazing service to our clients and partners
- Assists licensed agents with client document fulfillment
- Post-funding customer service (ordering appraisals, compliance, communicating with lawyers, lenders, and clients)
- Social media tasks, when required.
- Participates in special projects, as assigned.
- Performs other duties, as assigned by the principal broker when required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills, with the ability to influence key relationships
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Capacity to work independently
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for various audiences and present information or arguments persuasively
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform detailed analysis of information and identify and implement the most effective solutions promptly
- Aptitude for learning industry-leading technology
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, bonus points for Zoho (Blu Mortgage), Finmo, Ownwell, Tactical Mortgage Solutions, Sendspark, Loom
- Experience in the Mortgage industry is a huge asset.
Salary range:
- $25-$28/hr depending on experience
- Weekly Bonuses - for every file you move to underwriting (estimated $7500/year)
- Annual Bonuses - for the team making targets
- This works out to $42K(p/t) - $68K (f/t) (not including mortgage leads you bring in)
- Percentage of sales for mortgage leads you bring in
